In Ireland
Foróige & NUIG UNESCO Chair in Children Youth and Civic Engagement
In 2010, we formed a partnership with NUI Galway’s UNESCO Chair in Children Youth and Civic Engagement at the Child and Family Research Centre, and Foróige, the National Youth Development Organisation.
The overarching aim of this partnership is to address the challenges facing youth and to foster young people’s participation in the development of their societies, with an initial focus on Zambia.
As a first step the partnership intends to initiate a pilot project in the Kaoma district in the Western Province of Zambia targeting youth affected by HIV/AIDS. Find out more here

The Tabo Development Project in Mongu provides soil-based blocks and building expertise for our projects in the Cheshire Home in Mongu and in the local community.
